Instructions
  1. Cook berries in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 mins or until berries release their juices.

  2. Reduce heat to low and add chia seeds and syrup, cook, stirring occassionally for about 6 minutes or until thickened slightly.

  3. Stir in rind, juice and vanilla seeds and take off the heat.

  4. Allow to cool.
