In a bid to cut down on refined sugar (really hard when you love baking so much!!) I came across this recipe for a sugar free jam. It’s very easy to make and it tastes really good too.
With this Chia Jam being sugar free it’s a great plus and alternative to regular jam but the mixed berries are great for you too. They have lots of antioxidants, fibre and vitamin C. And then there’s the Chia Seeds. They are full of Omega-3 fatty acids, fibre and protein. So I reckon this little pot of jam is bit of a Superfood!
I have putting it on my Wholemeal Date Scones and I also put on my plain or natural yoghurt for breakfast in the morning.
