一、液壓泵連接注意事項
1. 液壓泵可以用支座或法蘭安裝，泵和原動機應采用共同的基礎支座，法蘭和基礎都應有足夠的剛性。特別注意:流量大于 (或等于)160L/min的柱塞泵，不宜安裝在油箱上。
2. 液壓泵和原動機輸出軸間應采用彈性聯軸器連接，嚴禁在液壓泵軸上安裝帶輪或齒輪驅動液壓泵，若一定要用帶輪或齒輪與泵連接，則應加一對支座來安裝帶輪或齒輪，該支座與泵軸的同軸度誤差應不大于Φ0.05mm。
3. 液壓泵吸油管要盡量短、直、大、厚，吸油管路一般需設置公稱流量不小于泵流量2倍的粗過濾器 (過濾精度一般為80～180μm)。液壓泵的泄油管應直接接油箱，回油背壓應不大于0.05MPa。油泵的吸油管口、回油管口均需在油箱油面200mm以下。特別注意在柱塞泵吸油管道上不允許安裝濾油器，吸油管道上的截止閥通徑應比吸油管道通徑大一擋，吸油管道長L<2500mm，管道彎頭不多于兩個。
4. 液壓泵進、出油口應安裝牢固，密封裝置要可靠，否則會產生吸入空氣或漏油的現象，影響液壓泵的性能。
5. 液壓泵自吸高度不超過500mm (或進口真空度不超過0.03MPa)，若采用補油泵供油，供油壓力不得超過0.5MPa，當供油壓力超過0.5MPa時，要改用耐壓密封圈。對于柱塞泵，應盡量采用倒灌自吸方式。
6. 液壓泵裝機前應檢查安裝孔的深度是否大于泵的軸伸長度，防止產生頂軸現象，否則將燒毀泵。
