Caramello Choc Chip Cookies

Caramello Choc Chip Cookies 3

Who doesn’t love a good Choc chip cookie? I have to say they are definitely my favourite. This recipe is one my mum gave me a few years ago. Not sure where she got it and even though it is very good as it is I thought I would add a little flare and indulgence by adding a Cadbury Caramello square inside

. Holding Choc Chip Cookie

Wow!! So happy with how they turned out. They are so good but like I said they are an indulgence for sometimes. You could put any square of chocolate in the middle actually and they would be just as delicious.

Easy Pumpkin Cupcakes for Halloween

  • image

Halloween is fast approaching so I have been making some pumpkin and Halloween themed cupcakes.

These little pumpkins are very easy to make and would look great at any Halloween party.

What you will need:

Vanilla cupcakes tinted orange – you can use any packet mix or make a butter cake

Buttercream Frosting– tinted orange

Preztel Sticks

Spearmint Leaf lollies

Spread your buttercream frosting over your cupcake in a pattern to look like the grooves of a pumpkin.

Break a pretzel into small pieces and stick one into the top of your cupcake.

Cut a spearmint leaf lollie in half and place next to the pretzel and voila! There you have it.

To turn them into more of a Halloween cupcake, draw on a Jack-o-Lantern face with black buttercream. I used Wilton Black Gel Tube

Hope you like these little cakes. I’ve got a few more to post before Halloween as well.
